- Billing information is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). Ddukddak does not store your credit card numbers or payment details.
- Usage data including API calls, templates created, and images and videos generated.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information may be automatically collected by our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) for security and performance purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Facilitate transactions through our payment processor (Stripe) and send related information.
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.

Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. We rely on trusted, SOC 2-certified infrastructure providers including Vercel, Google Cloud, Stripe, and Supabase. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel.
Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Vercel), video processing (Google Cloud), database and authentication (Supabase), and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
